Returns & Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your cakes, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

Please include the following;

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

 

Please take photos of the problem as in most cases we will ask for these.

​

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please do not eat or throw away your order, as we may request them to be returned to us for further inspection with a pre-paid returns label.

​

We do not offer refunds/returns unless in exceptional circumstances, due to the perishable nature of our products.

 

If you haven't yet received your cakes and wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately using this contact form

​

Please be aware that due to our preparation and baking schedule, we cannot accept any cancellations beyond 4pm on a Monday for cakes due to be baked the following day.
